Reward Proposals, Fee and Reimbursements

What happens to the reward put in a proposal when it's selected or rejected

For the selected proposals:

If a listing proposal has been selected by the community vote, then 20% of the total MOOO coins put in that proposal will be redirected as the Dev Fee for the further development of the platform. 80% of the amount will be listed as the rewards.

For the non-selected proposals:

For the proposals which haven't been selected in that week, the votes will be expired and the amount put in can be reclaimed (after a day) by the original wallet without any further reductions.
