The pool

A hashtag pool is where the users will submit their twitter posts for the calculation of total engagement generated. A hashtag pool will usually consists of the following characteristics:

  1. Campaign name: The name of the campaign or coin or token which the pool is meant to promote.

  2. Reward Amount: The amount of rewards for that particular pool.

  3. Duration: Usually a pool will last approximately 1 week. This field will show the duration in terms of the blocks as well as calendar days.

  4. Label: A hashtag pool may be 'core' or 'community'. The core pool is made by the team and provides the allocated reward for the MOO token (see the Hashtag Pool: Rewards section for the details.) The community pool features the coin selected by the community over one week of voting.

The description

Description: Will include the details provided by the pool maker to educate the users about the token/coin or the event or the product launch which is happening. This will also serve as a good source for the users to build their tweet upon.

The tasks

  1. The accounts to follow: Each campaign will have certain accounts that people have to follow. Usually limited to that of the guest (for the community campaign) or of Hashtagger's (for the core campaigns). but in some instance more than one accounts may be included.

2. Wallet connection:

People have to connect their wallets for this to be use. The funds will be sent here on BSC network unless specified otherwise.

3. TweetBox: This feature will help a user compose a tweet with the given hashtags and the url, plus will ensure that there is *no duplication* compared to the previously posted tweets- this helps in ensuring that the social media platform don't start to hide the posts due to duplication.

In the above image, the tweet box is shown in red because the conditions are not fulfilled (as the error message shows, one needs to write at least 10 more characters besides what is already there for making a successful tweet.) The tweetbox is there to ensure all the given conditions are fulfilled before moving on.

4. Tweet submission: And finally, there is the tweet submission:

Users enters the unique URL of the tweet and we run various checks on that tweet before taking it as a submission. They also have to sign off that if they manipulate the tweet's engagement through bots or other inorganic means, then they will be banned.
